I am a licensed physician and specialist in family medicine with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare.
I believe that our body is a universe with a tremendous ability to heal and recover if given the right conditions.
I believe that my path to healing, as well as both being a doctor and a patient in our healthcare system, has given me a great understanding and experience which has enabled me to help others in a similar situation.

Hormonal problems
Even though I work with the entire body, my current focus is on inflammatory diseases, hormones, and endocrine glands such as the thyroid and adrenal glands. My interest in thyroid diseases and other endocrine organs began early as several of my patients and close relatives were not feeling well despite the recommended standard treatment. It wasn’t long before I became very ill with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an inflammatory thyroid disease, with an impact on multiple organs.
During my journey to becoming a better treating physician, I have always strived to find the root cause and prevent the disease instead of treating symptoms. Drugs have their place in medicine but should not be the only treatment route. I therefore base my treatment not only on drugs but on the human being as a whole.
Since I have always been interested in the human psyche, I have immersed myself in this area. I have participated in several courses, including mindfulness and yoga, and have been certified for CBT step 1. Life change, proper nutrition and peace of mind are the foundation of our health, especially in chronic diseases. Here I want to thank my loved ones and my amazing patients who have helped me become who I am today.

About the clinic
Doktorazin.se is a private clinic without an agreement with the county council. This means that the County Council does not cover any costs for your consultation. As we work with a holistic perspective and strive to solve the root cause of your problems, a visit takes significantly longer than the usual 15 minutes that a tax-funded visit to the county council allows. Therefore, the cost of a visit with us is higher than with the tax-funded care.
About a new visit
A new visit usually takes 1.5 hours, of which about 45 minutes each for patient talks and administrative work.
The administrative work includes preparation before the meeting such as reviewing test results, reading medical records, documents and letters that the patient sends before the meeting as well as journal entry, prescription and ordering of samples after the meeting.
Pricing
A new visit costs SEK 3000 fixed price. This includes about 45 minutes of patient conversation. All new visits are invoiced in advance. After the consultation, the patient receives a brief summary of the day’s appointment.
The return visit time is individual. A return visit with about 30 minutes of conversation including the administrative work after the meeting is charged SEK 1700.
We charge SEK 2600 per hour. This applies to video calls, phone calls, and administrative time. At present, we cannot offer physical visits. All patient contact takes place via video call or phone call.
Phone calls, certificates and referrals SEK 625 per 15 minutes
Prescription renewal according to current medication list SEK 315. This is included in connection with new visits/return visits.
All services are billed.
Sampling
At present, we send referrals to Unilabs and Karolinska laboratories. We do not have an agreement with the county council and therefore these samples are charged to the patient.
We can also investigate you with saliva, stool and urine analysis, hormonal tests, DUTCH tests, genetics, hair mineral and several other analysis.
Cancellations must be made at least 24h before the booked time. Later cancellations will be charged at 100%.
NDT Licence
We prescribe NDT if necessary and can apply for a license from the Medical Products Agency.

Thyroid and The Entirety
This book is written for interested doctors as well as patients who want to learn more about the thyroid gland and the causes behind thyroid dysfunction. The information in this book is based on several years of experience. The purpose of the book is to provide information and spread knowledge.
It takes us on a journey through the body and explains how the thyroid gland works and interacts with different organs. It also gives the patient an understanding of their disease as well as knowledge and important tools with which to motivate their doctor.
The book also addresses how nutrition, environment and lifestyle factors affect the thyroid gland and adrenal gland function.
My experience in the treatment of thyroid diseases is presented in an easily accessible way together with informative patient cases. The latest treatment methods and published studies in the field are also presented here.
In the book, I also talk about my own thyroid disease and experiences dealing with the healthcare system. How by combining classical school medicine with the knowledge of the body’s need to stabilize minerals, vitamins and hormones, I managed to cure myself.
